About PairTogether

PairTogether helps pairs find a movie or show they’ll both want to watch by curating recommendations around the shared elements of your favorite films and shows. I created PairTogether because choosing something to watch together can sometimes take as long as watching the movie itself. I want to help couples, friends, and family spend less time scrolling through endless lists and catalogs and more time actually watching something together. PairTogether focuses on what you have in common. instead of recommending something just because one person likes it, recommendations are built around your shared tastes, so you can find something you're both excited to watch.

How it works

1. Each person adds 1-3 favorites (movies or shows you already love).
2. Each person picks a mood (e.g.cozy, scary, mind-bending, and more).
3. PairTogether returns a short list of picks with Why This Fits for both of you.

For better curated picks, add movies/shows you enjoyed watching relating to the mood the both of you are feeling.

Who it is for?

Couples, friends, and family who want to find a movie or show to watch together in under five minutes, not debate for half an hour. PairTogether optimizes for the pair, not one person's solo taste.

What stays on your device?

Watch history and session memory stays in your browser unless you export them. No accounts needed.
